人均GDP“翻兩番” to quadruple the per capita GDP
胡錦濤同志在在十七大報(bào)告中談到實(shí)現(xiàn)全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)奮斗目標(biāo)的新要求時(shí)說, 在優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)、提高效益、降低消耗、保護(hù)環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上，要實(shí)現(xiàn)人均國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值到2020年比2000年翻兩番。

"We will quadruple the per capita GDP of the year 2000 by 2020 through optimizing the economic structure and improving economic returns while reducing consumption of resources and protecting the environment," Hu said at the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC).
