如果想建一棟豪華別墅，誰(shuí)會(huì)先壘一個(gè)豬圈，再一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)改成別墅嗎？建大學(xué)更是如此。要建世界一流的大學(xué)，從招第一個(gè)人開始，就應(yīng)按照世界一流的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
