Panic Saturday or Super Saturday is the last Saturday before Christmas, a major day of revenue for American retailers, marking the end of the shopping season they and many customers believe begins on Black Friday.

Panic Saturday targets last-minute shoppers. Typically the day is ridden with one-day sales in an effort to accrue more revenue than any other day in the Christmas and holiday season.

恐慌星期六瞄準的是那些熬到最后一刻才出手購物的顧客。為獲得比圣誕節(jié)和假期里任何一天都多的利潤，商家通常會在這一天提供單日折扣。

Shoppers across Britain went looking for late Christmas bargains on Dec 20 as high street spending was set to reach ￡1.2 billion on what was being branded "Panic Saturday". Some of the country's biggest high street names slashed prices for what was expected to be one of the busiest shopping days of the year.
