中國政府網(wǎng)2日公布《國務(wù)院關(guān)于河北雄安新區(qū)總體規(guī)劃（2018—2035年）的批復(fù)》。批復(fù)指出，經(jīng)中共中央、國務(wù)院同意，原則同意《河北雄安新區(qū)總體規(guī)劃（2018—2035年）》。

The 2018-2035 master plan for Xiongan New Area is significant to build Xiongan into the national model of high-quality development and a new engine for the modern economic system, said the approval released on Wednesday.
批復(fù)指出，總體規(guī)劃對于將雄安新區(qū)打造成推動高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的全國樣板、建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化經(jīng)濟體系的新引擎具有重要意義。

The master plan is the fundamental guideline for the development, construction and management of the Xiongan New Area and should be strictly implemented, according to the approval.
總體規(guī)劃是雄安新區(qū)發(fā)展、建設(shè)、管理的基本依據(jù)，必須嚴格執(zhí)行。

批復(fù)對緊扣雄安新區(qū)戰(zhàn)略定位（strategic position）、有序承接北京非首都功能疏解（undertake the noncapital functions of Beijing）、優(yōu)化國土空間開發(fā)保護格局（optimize the framework of territorial space development and protection）、打造優(yōu)美自然生態(tài)環(huán)境（create an inviting, ecologically healthy environment）、推進城鄉(xiāng)融合發(fā)展（integrated urban and rural development）、塑造新區(qū)風(fēng)貌特色（landscape with Chinese style）、打造宜居宜業(yè)環(huán)境（an ideal area for living and working）、構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代綜合交通體系（a modern and comprehensive public traffic system）、建設(shè)綠色低碳之城（a green and low-carbon city）、建設(shè)國際一流的創(chuàng)新型城市（a world-class innovative city）、創(chuàng)建數(shù)字智能之城（a digital and smart city）、確保城市安全運行等提出指導(dǎo)性意見。
