八一建軍節(jié)到來之際，中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習近平7月23日到位于吉林省的空軍航空大學視察。習近平強調(diào)，要把人才強軍戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)化為發(fā)展規(guī)劃和務實舉措。
President Xi Jinping inspected the Aviation University of the Air Force in the northeastern province of Jilin on July 23, in the run-up to China's Army Day. Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, stressed the need to transform the strategy of "strengthening the military through talent cultivation" into development plans and practical measures.
