中國共產(chǎn)黨第十九屆中央委員會第五次全體會議在遠景目標中提出全體人民共同富裕取得更為明顯的實質(zhì)性進展，具體目標是：中等收入群體顯著擴大，基本公共服務實現(xiàn)均等化，城鄉(xiāng)區(qū)域發(fā)展差距和居民生活水平差距顯著縮小，人均國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值達到中等發(fā)達國家水平。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to achieve more substantial progress in common prosperity for everyone in China's long-range objectives, with the aim to expand remarkably the size of the middle-income group, ensure equitable access to basic public services, and significantly reduce disparities in urban-rural development and in living standards. The per capita GDP will reach the level of moderately developed countries.

“十四五”時期將扎實推動共同富裕，堅持按勞分配為主體、多種分配方式并存，提高勞動報酬在初次分配中的比重，健全工資合理增長機制，著力提高低收入群體的收入，擴大中等收入群體；完善按要素分配政策制度，增加中低收入群體的要素收入；完善再分配機制，加大稅收、社保、轉(zhuǎn)移支付等調(diào)節(jié)力度和精準性；發(fā)揮第三次分配的作用，發(fā)展慈善事業(yè)。

我們要以更大的力度、更實的措施保障和改善民生，加強和創(chuàng)新社會治理，堅決打贏脫貧攻堅戰(zhàn)，促進社會公平正義，在幼有所育、學有所教、勞有所得、病有所醫(yī)、老有所養(yǎng)、住有所居、弱有所扶上不斷取得新進展，讓實現(xiàn)全體人民共同富裕在廣大人民現(xiàn)實生活中更加充分地展示出來。
We will devote more energy and take more concrete measures in ensuring and improving people's living standards, strengthening and developing new approaches to social governance, resolutely winning the battle against poverty, promoting social fairness and justice, making steady progress in ensuring people's access to childcare, education, employment, medical services, elderly care, housing, and social assistance, so as to better demonstrate the realization of common prosperity for everyone in people's real life.
