4月22日，國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳發(fā)布《關(guān)于建立健全職工基本醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)門(mén)診共濟(jì)保障機(jī)制的指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱《意見(jiàn)》）。

Under the guideline, immediate family members, including spouses, parents and children, will also be able to use the personal medical insurance accounts of insured employees for medical bills at designated institutions.
《意見(jiàn)》指出，職工個(gè)人醫(yī)保賬戶可以用于支付參保人員配偶、父母、子女在定點(diǎn)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)就醫(yī)發(fā)生的由個(gè)人負(fù)擔(dān)的醫(yī)療費(fèi)用。

The unified accounts should include all employees insured under the basic medical insurance system and enable them to reimburse at least 50 percent of the outpatient fees, the guideline noted.
意見(jiàn)提出，普通門(mén)診統(tǒng)籌覆蓋職工醫(yī)保全體參保人員，政策范圍內(nèi)支付比例從50%起步。
