Former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair has emerged as the world's highest-paid public speaker, earning almost ￡400000 for 2 half-hour speeches in his latest appearance in the Philippines, the Sunday Times reported. That means his oratory cost more than ￡6000 a minute.(See photo)
