1日閉幕的十二屆全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)第十一次會(huì)議表決通過(guò)了關(guān)于修改行政訴訟法的決定，新法擴(kuò)大了民告官的受案范圍。
China's top legislature adopted an amendment to the Administrative Procedure Law Saturday, aiming to expand the people's right to sue the government.
全國(guó)人大周六通過(guò)行政訴訟法修正案，擴(kuò)大了民告官的權(quán)利。
民告官即the people suing the government。新法擴(kuò)大了行政訴訟案件的受理范圍，有望解決民告官“立案難”問(wèn)題（make it easier for citizens to take the government to court）。新法規(guī)定，對(duì)限制人身自由（restriction of personal freedom）、房屋土地征收補(bǔ)償（violating agreements on land and housing compensation）、濫用行政權(quán)力（abuse?of administrative power）、行政機(jī)關(guān)侵犯公民人身財(cái)產(chǎn)權(quán)利（violation of citizen's both property rights and personal rights by the administrative organ）等12種情形法院應(yīng)受理。
