Bachelor wash refers to a quick soap-free rinse of a plate, cup, or utensil which had recently been used. This is most useful for low-oil, water based, or dry foods. Wiping with a paper towel will usually remove residual food particles missed by the bachelor wash.
“單身漢清洗法”指的是用水快速地沖一下剛用過(guò)的盤(pán)、杯或器皿。這對(duì)于沾過(guò)油水少的湯或干貨食品的碗碟最為有效。然后用紙巾擦掉沒(méi)沖走的食物殘?jiān)?/p>
