2017年11月3日，外交部舉行中外媒體吹風(fēng)會(huì)表示，習(xí)近平主席將出席在越南峴港舉行的APEC第二十五次領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人非正式會(huì)議。

President Xi Jinping will attend the 25th APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting held in Da Nang, Vietnam from November 10 to 11. This will be the first international multilateral meeting attended by a Chinese leader after the successful concluding of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), which is of great significance and receives high attention from the international community.
習(xí)近平主席將出席于11月10日至11日在越南峴港舉行的APEC第二十五次領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人非正式會(huì)議。這是中共十九大勝利閉幕后，中國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人首次出席國(guó)際多邊會(huì)議，具有重要意義，受到國(guó)際社會(huì)高度關(guān)注。

外交部副部長(zhǎng)李保東在吹風(fēng)會(huì)上表示，這次會(huì)議的主題是“打造全新動(dòng)力，開(kāi)創(chuàng)共享未來(lái)”（Creating New Dynamism, Fostering a Shared Future）。各經(jīng)濟(jì)體領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人及代表將圍繞區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化（regional economic integration）、包容發(fā)展（inclusive development）、創(chuàng)新增長(zhǎng)（innovative growth）、互聯(lián)互通（connectivity）、農(nóng)業(yè)和糧食安全（agricultural and food safety）等議題深入交換看法，會(huì)議共識(shí)將反映在會(huì)后發(fā)表的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人宣言中。

作為APEC大家庭的重要成員，中方堅(jiān)定支持越南成功主辦本次領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會(huì)議，期待會(huì)議在以下方面取得積極成果：

一是共同維護(hù)亞太開(kāi)放發(fā)展的大方向，對(duì)外發(fā)出積極正面的信號(hào)，為開(kāi)放型世界經(jīng)濟(jì)注入正能量。
Firstly, jointly maintain the general direction of the open development in the Asia-Pacific region, send out a positive signal to the outside world and inject positive energy into the open world economy;

二是共同挖掘亞太發(fā)展新動(dòng)力，推進(jìn)落實(shí)亞太互聯(lián)互通藍(lán)圖，促進(jìn)成員實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。
Secondly, jointly explore the new momentum of development in the Asia-Pacific region and promote the implementation of the blueprint for Asia-Pacific connectivity so as to promote the development of real economy among the members;

三是共同勾畫(huà)未來(lái)合作新愿景。
Thirdly, draw the outline of new prospects of future cooperation together.

中方將繼續(xù)同各方一道，推動(dòng)亞太經(jīng)濟(jì)合作穩(wěn)定向前發(fā)展，促進(jìn)亞太和世界的發(fā)展繁榮。
China will continue to work with all parties to promote the stable development of Asia-Pacific economic cooperation as well as advance the development and prosperity of the Asia-Pacific region and the world at large.

商務(wù)部副部長(zhǎng)王受文表示，今年APEC會(huì)議有望取得以下經(jīng)貿(mào)成果：

一是全方位推動(dòng)貿(mào)易暢通，批準(zhǔn)《APEC跨境電子商務(wù)便利化框架》，制訂《APEC供應(yīng)鏈互聯(lián)互通行動(dòng)計(jì)劃監(jiān)督框架》，提出APEC輔助產(chǎn)業(yè)倡議，全面推進(jìn)服務(wù)業(yè)合作。
Firstly, promote the unimpeded trade in an all-round way, approve the APEC Cross-Border E-Commerce Facilitation Framework, formulate the APEC Supply Chain Connectivity Monitoring Framework Action Plan, put forward the proposal of APEC auxiliary industries and comprehensively push forward cooperation of service industry;

二是進(jìn)一步落實(shí)北京會(huì)議成果，繼續(xù)推動(dòng)亞太自貿(mào)區(qū)發(fā)展，推動(dòng)全球價(jià)值鏈合作取得重要階段性成果，深化電子口岸和綠色供應(yīng)鏈合作。
Secondly, further implement the achievements of APEC meeting in Beijing, continue to promote the development of Free Trade Area of the Asia-Pacific (FTAAP), propel cooperation in global value chain to yield phased results and deepen cooperation in electronic ports and green supply chains;

三是發(fā)出支持多邊貿(mào)易體制的積極信號(hào)。
Thirdly, send out a positive signal of supporting multilateral trade system.
