珠海：要有骨氣和志氣，加快增強(qiáng)自主創(chuàng)新能力和實(shí)力

22日下午，習(xí)近平考察了橫琴新區(qū)粵澳合作中醫(yī)藥科技產(chǎn)業(yè)園，走進(jìn)車間、實(shí)驗(yàn)室，詳細(xì)了解橫琴新區(qū)規(guī)劃建設(shè)和產(chǎn)業(yè)園建設(shè)運(yùn)營(yíng)等情況。

Xi called for more efforts in exploring the essence of TCM and better collaboration between enterprises, universities and research institutes to advance the industrialization, modernization and globalization of TCM.
習(xí)近平指出，要深入發(fā)掘中醫(yī)藥寶庫(kù)中的精華，推進(jìn)產(chǎn)學(xué)研一體化，推進(jìn)中醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)化、現(xiàn)代化，讓中醫(yī)藥走向世界。

He also urged stronger policy support for deepening and expanding cooperation between Hengqin and Macao in developing emerging industries to inject more vitality into Macao's economy.
橫琴有粵澳合作的先天優(yōu)勢(shì)，要加強(qiáng)政策扶持，豐富合作內(nèi)涵，拓展合作空間，發(fā)展新興產(chǎn)業(yè)，促進(jìn)澳門經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展更具活力。

22日下午，習(xí)近平總書記來(lái)到格力電器公司，先后視察了公司展廳、精密模具車間和重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室。

"The real economy is the foundation of a country's economy and source of wealth. Advanced manufacturing is one key area of the real economy and the economic development cannot be separated from the real economy at any time," he said.
他指出，實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)是一國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的立身之本、財(cái)富之源。先進(jìn)制造業(yè)是實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展任何時(shí)候都不能脫實(shí)向虛。

Independent innovation is the only way towards scaling world heights in science and technology, and all enterprises should make arduous efforts towards this direction, he said.
攀登世界科技高峰的必由之路是自主創(chuàng)新，所有企業(yè)都要朝這個(gè)方向努力奮斗。

"Enterprises should have the aspirations and guts to accelerate enhancing the capability of independent innovation, strive to achieve the independent control of key core technologies and hold firmly the initiative of innovative development in our own hands," he said.
要有志氣和骨氣加快增強(qiáng)自主創(chuàng)新能力和實(shí)力，努力實(shí)現(xiàn)關(guān)鍵核心技術(shù)自主可控，把創(chuàng)新發(fā)展主動(dòng)權(quán)牢牢掌握在自己手中。

清遠(yuǎn)：全面小康一個(gè)都不能少

23日下午，習(xí)近平來(lái)到清遠(yuǎn)市所轄英德市電子商務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園考察調(diào)研，聽取廣東省推動(dòng)粵東西北脫貧攻堅(jiān)和清遠(yuǎn)市農(nóng)村綜合改革工作匯報(bào)，對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)氐淖龇ū硎究隙ā?/p>

Xi said the unbalanced development between urban and rural areas and among different regions was the biggest challenge of Guangdong's high-quality development.
習(xí)近平指出，城鄉(xiāng)區(qū)域發(fā)展不平衡是廣東高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的最大短板。

"Strengthened, continued efforts and more targeted measures are needed to solve the urban and rural divide to turn weakness into potential and widen development space," he said.
要下功夫解決城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)問(wèn)題，力度更大一些，措施更精準(zhǔn)一些，久久為功。

離開產(chǎn)業(yè)園，習(xí)近平乘車沿著崎嶇的山路前往連江口鎮(zhèn)連樟村。

He said outstanding Party members with high quality, integrity and a spirit of fairness must be selected to lead fellow villagers out of poverty and to a comfortable life.
注重培養(yǎng)選拔有干勁、會(huì)干事、作風(fēng)正派、辦事公道的人擔(dān)任支部書記，團(tuán)結(jié)帶領(lǐng)鄉(xiāng)親們脫貧致富奔小康。

"No one should be left alone on the road toward poverty alleviation and a moderate prosperous society. The mission should be fulfilled through work of generation by generation," he said.
全面小康路上一個(gè)不能少，脫貧致富一個(gè)不能落下。要一代接著一代干。

深圳：中國(guó)改革開放永不停步

24日上午，習(xí)近平參觀了“大潮起珠江——廣東改革開放40周年展覽”。

"I visit Shenzhen as it marks the 40-year anniversary of reform and opening-up in order to tell the world that China will not stop its reform and opening-up. China will certainly deliver a bigger miracle that draws worldwide attention," he said.
他強(qiáng)調(diào)，改革開放40周年之際來(lái)到深圳，就是要向世界宣示中國(guó)改革不停頓、開放不止步，中國(guó)一定會(huì)有讓世界刮目相看的新的更大奇跡。

"We should stay true to our founding mission of reform and opening-up, draw on successful experiences in the past 40 years and raise quality and level of reform and opening-up.
我們要不忘改革開放初心，認(rèn)真總結(jié)改革開放40年成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提升改革開放質(zhì)量和水平。

"We should be people-oriented. People's happiness should be the criteria for evaluating the result of reform and opening-up. The fruits of reform and opening-up should benefit the general public."
要堅(jiān)持以人民為中心，把為人民謀幸福作為檢驗(yàn)改革成效的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，讓改革開放成果更好惠及廣大人民群眾。

He asked Guangdong to continue to carry forward its pioneering spirit and generate more experiences based on its own advantages, and hold the banner of reform and opening-up in a steadier and higher manner.
廣東要弘揚(yáng)敢闖敢試、敢為人先的改革精神，立足自身優(yōu)勢(shì)，創(chuàng)造更多經(jīng)驗(yàn)，把改革開放的旗幟舉得更高更穩(wěn)。

隨后，習(xí)近平前往廣東自由貿(mào)易試驗(yàn)區(qū)深圳前海蛇口片區(qū)，實(shí)地察看前海開發(fā)情況。

"Reform and opening-up has been proved by practice the right path which we must consistently, unswervingly and unremittingly follow," he said.
他指出，實(shí)踐證明，改革開放道路是正確的，必須一以貫之、鍥而不舍、再接再厲。

Xi called for solid efforts in developing Qianhai, to provide more practical and innovative reform measures and explore more duplicable practices.
深圳要扎實(shí)推進(jìn)前海建設(shè)，拿出更多務(wù)實(shí)創(chuàng)新的改革舉措，探索更多可復(fù)制可推廣的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

He urged Shenzhen and Hong Kong to deepen cooperation to play a bigger role in building the Belt and Road, advance the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and participate in international cooperation at higher levels.
深化深港合作，相互借助、相得益彰，在共建“一帶一路”、推進(jìn)粵港澳大灣區(qū)建設(shè)、高水平參與國(guó)際合作方面發(fā)揮更大作用。

臨近中午，習(xí)近平來(lái)到深圳市龍華區(qū)民治街道北站社區(qū)，了解社區(qū)公共服務(wù)、基層黨建、社區(qū)管理等情況。

He said that more resources, services and management should be channeled to the community to provide residents with standardized and sophisticated services so that their issues, big or small, could be resolved.
他強(qiáng)調(diào)，要把更多資源、服務(wù)、管理放到社區(qū)，為居民提供精準(zhǔn)化、精細(xì)化服務(wù)，切實(shí)把群眾大大小小的事辦好。

廣州：黨中央高度重視中小企業(yè)發(fā)展

24日下午，習(xí)近平先后考察了廣州市荔灣區(qū)西關(guān)歷史文化街區(qū)永慶坊和暨南大學(xué)。

"China's connection with over 50 million overseas Chinese nationals is a unique advantage in its development," Xi said, noting that overseas Chinese nationals should also share some credit in China's reform and opening up.
習(xí)近平指出，我國(guó)有5000多萬(wàn)海外僑胞，這是我國(guó)發(fā)展的一個(gè)獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)。改革開放有海外僑胞的一份功勞。

Xi expressed his hope that the university faculty could better run the college and create better conditions for overseas Chinese nationals to come to the motherland to study and carry forward Chinese culture.
他希望暨南大學(xué)堅(jiān)持自己的辦學(xué)特色，把學(xué)校辦得更好，為海外僑胞回祖國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)、傳承中華文化創(chuàng)造更好條件。

離開暨南大學(xué)，習(xí)近平乘車來(lái)到廣州明珞汽車裝備有限公司。

"The CPC Central Committee always values the development of the non-public sector of the economy and is supportive of them, which has not changed and will not change," he said. "We will create better conditions for the development of private businesses and small and medium-sized enterprises."
他指出，黨中央一直重視和支持非公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，這一點(diǎn)沒(méi)有改變、也不會(huì)改變。我們要為民營(yíng)企業(yè)、中小企業(yè)發(fā)展創(chuàng)造更好條件。

25日下午，習(xí)近平聽取了廣東省委和省政府工作匯報(bào)，對(duì)廣東各項(xiàng)工作給予肯定。他希望廣東認(rèn)真貫徹新時(shí)代中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義思想和黨的十九大精神，貫徹落實(shí)好黨中央決策部署，推動(dòng)思想再解放、改革再深入、工作再落實(shí)。

"The development of Guangdong in the past four decades proved that reform and opening-up is the sure way to uphold and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics and decides China's fate," Xi said.
他強(qiáng)調(diào)，廣東40年發(fā)展歷程充分證明，改革開放是堅(jiān)持和發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的必由之路，是決定當(dāng)代中國(guó)命運(yùn)的關(guān)鍵一招。

習(xí)近平對(duì)廣東提出了4個(gè)方面的工作要求。

Instructing the province to deepen reform and opening-up, Xi said concrete efforts were needed to develop the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, bring opening-up to a higher level and the Guangdong pilot free trade zone to a high standard.
一是深化改革。要把粵港澳大灣區(qū)建設(shè)作為廣東改革開放的大機(jī)遇、大文章，抓緊抓實(shí)辦好。要在更高水平上擴(kuò)大開放，高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè)廣東自由貿(mào)易試驗(yàn)區(qū)。

Stressing high-quality development, Xi asked the province to expand real economy, enhance environmental protection, improve people's livelihoods, and encourage enterprises to play an active part in innovation.
二是推動(dòng)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。要大力發(fā)展實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)，要深入抓好生態(tài)文明建設(shè)，要切實(shí)保障和改善民生，發(fā)揮企業(yè)創(chuàng)新主體作用。

Underlining balanced and coordinated development, he instructed the province to speed up rural vitalization, work for the coordinated development of different regions and promote rule of law.
三是提高發(fā)展平衡性和協(xié)調(diào)性。要加快推動(dòng)鄉(xiāng)村振興，加快形成區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展新格局，全面推進(jìn)法治建設(shè)。

Asking the province to strengthen Party leadership and Party building, Xi said they should firmly safeguard the authority and centralized, unified leadership of the CPC Central Committee, strictly enforce political discipline and rules, adopt the right approach in selecting and appointing officials, regulate officials' exchanges with business people, and form a new type of cordial and clean relationship between government and business.
四是加強(qiáng)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和黨的建設(shè)。堅(jiān)決維護(hù)黨中央權(quán)威和集中統(tǒng)一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。要嚴(yán)明政治紀(jì)律和政治規(guī)矩，要堅(jiān)持正確選人用人導(dǎo)向，規(guī)范政商交往行為，加快構(gòu)建“親”“清”新型政商關(guān)系。
