針對(duì)森林火災(zāi)問題，全國(guó)人大代表、內(nèi)蒙古興安盟國(guó)有林場(chǎng)和森林公園管理局副局長(zhǎng)陳良今年擬提交一份關(guān)于各地林草系統(tǒng)引進(jìn)森林防火撲火智能系統(tǒng)的建議。

“Introducing a smart system of fire protection and firefighting is necessary, as frequent forest fires caused by extreme weather have brought tremendous losses to the country in recent years. In 2019, there were 2,345 forest fires nationwide, with the damaged areas totaling about 135 square kilometers.”

“各地林草系統(tǒng)引進(jìn)森林防火撲火智能系統(tǒng)非常有必要。近年來，由于極端天氣等一系列原因?qū)е律只馂?zāi)頻發(fā)，帶來了無法估量的損失。2019年，全國(guó)共發(fā)生森林火災(zāi)2345起，受害森林面積約135平方公里。”

“It's necessary to improve the early-warning and monitoring system, and also the communications and command system, to ensure a quick response to the fires. Some advanced facilities and smart firefighting systems, for example firefighting drones, are also needed. It's important to make the ability to deal with fires more comprehensive with the assistance of modern technologies and management systems.”

“我們要改進(jìn)預(yù)警監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)、通信和信息指揮系統(tǒng)，確保對(duì)火災(zāi)作出迅速反應(yīng)。我們還要引進(jìn)消防無人直升機(jī)等新興科技，即“智慧森林防撲火基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施”，從而提升森林火災(zāi)綜合防控能力，實(shí)現(xiàn)新一代科學(xué)技術(shù)與森林防撲火融合發(fā)展，實(shí)現(xiàn)森林消防治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化。”
