近日，中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習(xí)近平給普洱民族團(tuán)結(jié)誓詞碑盟誓代表后代回信，對(duì)他們予以親切勉勵(lì)并提出殷切希望。

Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, Chinese president and chairman of the Central Military Commission, recently replied to a letter by descendants of the representatives from diverse ethnic groups who established an oath-taking monument featuring ethnic unity in Pu'er. In his letter, Xi conveyed warm encouragement and sincere wishes to the descendants.

普洱民族團(tuán)結(jié)誓詞碑被譽(yù)為“新中國民族團(tuán)結(jié)第一碑”。1950年，云南普洱專區(qū)各族代表應(yīng)邀到北京參加新中國成立一周年慶?；顒?dòng)，受到毛澤東等黨和國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人親切接見。1951年元旦，普洱專區(qū)各族群眾舉行盟誓大會(huì)，以少數(shù)民族的風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣立下誓詞碑。盟誓立碑后，各民族兄弟姐妹用實(shí)際行動(dòng)踐行“一心一德跟黨走”的錚錚誓言，推動(dòng)邊疆地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展取得了歷史性成就，書寫了民族團(tuán)結(jié)進(jìn)步生動(dòng)篇章。
