證監(jiān)會(huì)昨日就市場(chǎng)關(guān)注的百度理財(cái)產(chǎn)品做出回應(yīng)稱，媒體報(bào)道的百度百發(fā)保本保收益理財(cái)計(jì)劃“保本保收益”屬于違規(guī)，下一步將對(duì)該業(yè)務(wù)合規(guī)性予以核查。

China's securities watchdog said on Wednesday it will examine the compliance of Baidu Inc's financial business after the company announces details of its online wealth management products.
在百度宣布其在線理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的詳細(xì)計(jì)劃后，中國(guó)證監(jiān)會(huì)周三稱將對(duì)百度的金融業(yè)務(wù)的合規(guī)性予以核查。
百度的“在線理財(cái)產(chǎn)品”就是online wealth management products。證監(jiān)會(huì)表示，百度理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的網(wǎng)上銷(xiāo)售應(yīng)comply with the regulation on fund management（符合基金管理的規(guī)定）。
百度首個(gè)在線理財(cái)產(chǎn)品“百發(fā)”的minimum investment（最低投資額）為1元，而且還可以withdraw money at any time without penalty（隨時(shí)撤資且不收罰金）。有報(bào)道宣稱“百發(fā)”將為depositors（儲(chǔ)戶們）帶來(lái)8%的年收益，但百度否認(rèn)了這一說(shuō)法。
