關(guān)于推動(dòng)文化文物單位文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)若干意見(jiàn)

Suggestions on the Promotion of Cultural and Creative Products of Cultural and Cultural Relics Institutions was released by Ministry of Culture, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Cultural Heritage and later promoted by the State Council on May 16, 2016.
文化部、國(guó)家發(fā)展改革委、財(cái)政部、國(guó)家文物局聯(lián)合發(fā)布了《關(guān)于推動(dòng)文化文物單位文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)的若干意見(jiàn)》，并于2016年5月16日由國(guó)務(wù)院轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)。

The Suggestions defines the concept of the above-mentioned cultural institutions. Namely, it includes museums, galleries, libraries and cultural centers of all types at all levels in China.
《意見(jiàn)》定義了上述文化機(jī)構(gòu)的概念，包括各級(jí)各類(lèi)博物館、美術(shù)館、圖書(shū)館和文化中心。

It aims to explore China's cultural resources and industries in a creative fashion for a better spread of Chinese traditional culture as well as fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the related institutions and social forces.
《意見(jiàn)》旨在探索中國(guó)文化資源和文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)造性發(fā)展，以更好地傳播中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化，并充分調(diào)動(dòng)相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)和社會(huì)力量的積極性。
