習(xí)近平:自然生態(tài)與政治生態(tài)兩手抓
3月6日,中共中央總書(shū)記、國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平承諾,著手清除公眾最為關(guān)切的兩種污染——政治污染與環(huán)境污染。習(xí)近平在參加江西代表團(tuán)審議時(shí)作出上述承諾。習(xí)近平呼吁在這場(chǎng)席卷全國(guó)的打“老虎”和“蒼蠅”(即高級(jí)官員和基層官員)的反腐運(yùn)動(dòng)中,采取具體措施應(yīng)對(duì)基層官員的不當(dāng)行為。
Party chief and President Xi Jinping pledged on Friday to clear up two kinds of pollution — political and environmental — that have caused the most public concern. Xi's promise came as he joined discussions with lawmakers from Jiangxi province. He called for particular efforts to tackle officials' improper behavior at grassroots level, amid China's sweeping anti-graft campaign that has cracked down on both "tigers" and "flies"— powerful leaders and lowly officials.

今年將推進(jìn)“反腐敗立法”
全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)委員長(zhǎng)張德江8日在報(bào)告中表示,我國(guó)將推進(jìn)反腐敗國(guó)家立法。報(bào)告稱,我國(guó)要盡快引進(jìn)反腐敗立法,完善懲治和預(yù)防腐敗體系,形成不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐的有效機(jī)制。
China plans to develop national legislation to fight corruption, according to a report delivered by top legislator Zhang Dejiang Sunday. The anti-graft legislation should be introduced as quickly as possible and the system of sanctions and prevention improved with the goal being a mechanism which means "officials dare not, cannot and do not want to be corrupt," according to the decision.
