全國(guó)政協(xié)十三屆二次會(huì)議第二場(chǎng)“委員通道”3月9日在人民大會(huì)堂開(kāi)啟。全國(guó)政協(xié)委員劉月寧、馮鞏等人接受采訪。

劉月寧：持續(xù)推動(dòng)中國(guó)音樂(lè)海外傳播

Chinese music has gradually been understood, accepted and loved by people from around the world, Liu Yuening, leading yangqin (a Chinese dulcimer) performer, Central Conservatory of Music professor, and national political adviser said on Saturday.

3月9日，全國(guó)政協(xié)委員、中央音樂(lè)學(xué)院揚(yáng)琴教授劉月寧對(duì)記者表示，中國(guó)音樂(lè)已逐漸被世界各地的人民理解、接受和喜愛(ài)。

Over the last five years, about 200 teachers and students from 13 countries have learned Chinese music at the conservatory, and brought what they've learnt to others, Liu told reporters at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.

劉月寧在人民大會(huì)堂接受記者采訪時(shí)說(shuō)，五年來(lái)，中央音樂(lè)學(xué)院共計(jì)培養(yǎng)來(lái)自13個(gè)國(guó)家的200多名音樂(lè)專業(yè)師生，他們正在世界各地展示和分享中國(guó)音樂(lè)。

One Canadian student even formed a Chinese folk music band with classmates back home, having learnt the xiao (a vertical bamboo flute), zhongruan (a traditional Chinese four-stringed lute) and yangqin for three years, she said.

她說(shuō)，一位加拿大音樂(lè)專業(yè)研究生連續(xù)來(lái)了三年，學(xué)了蕭、中阮、揚(yáng)琴等傳統(tǒng)樂(lè)器，回國(guó)后這名學(xué)生把周圍同學(xué)召集起來(lái)，組織了一支有相當(dāng)演奏水平的中國(guó)民樂(lè)隊(duì)，在當(dāng)?shù)貍鞑ブ袊?guó)音樂(lè)文化。

The conservatory produced the world's first bilingual textbooks and video series for foreigners to learn Chinese music, focusing on performance and folk songs. Some colleges in Denmark and North America have opened Chinese music courses, according to Liu.

劉月寧介紹，中央音樂(lè)學(xué)院研發(fā)了一套名為“中國(guó)音樂(lè)輕松學(xué)”的世界首套中英雙語(yǔ)系列書(shū)籍和視頻，面向外國(guó)人學(xué)習(xí)中文音樂(lè)。目前，丹麥、北美等國(guó)家和地區(qū)多所音樂(lè)學(xué)院開(kāi)設(shè)了中國(guó)音樂(lè)選修課。

馮鞏：人民需要藝術(shù)，藝術(shù)也需要人民

Feng Gong, chairman of the China Literary and Art Volunteers' Association, said the association has organized activities in factories, villages, schools and poor mountainous areas, and has felt people's enthusiasm for culture and art.

全國(guó)政協(xié)委員、中國(guó)文藝志愿者協(xié)會(huì)主席馮鞏說(shuō)，近年來(lái)我們廣泛開(kāi)展了多項(xiàng)工作，不斷地深入到工廠、農(nóng)村、學(xué)校和貧困山區(qū)，感受到了人民群眾對(duì)文化藝術(shù)的熱情。

"People need art. Art also needs people. Literary and art workers should stay in close touch with the people to feel their joy and sadness, in order to produce works that are close to real life, welcomed by the public and can be passed down from generation to generation," he said.

馮鞏說(shuō)：“人民需要藝術(shù)，藝術(shù)也需要人民。我們文藝工作者只有不斷地深入生活、扎根人民，感受到老百姓的酸甜苦辣和喜怒哀樂(lè)，才能創(chuàng)造出接地氣、傳得開(kāi)、留得下的精品力作?！?/p>
