　　根據(jù)國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于提請(qǐng)審議國(guó)務(wù)院機(jī)構(gòu)改革方案的議案，組建國(guó)家金融監(jiān)督管理總局。統(tǒng)一負(fù)責(zé)除證券業(yè)之外的金融業(yè)監(jiān)管，強(qiáng)化機(jī)構(gòu)監(jiān)管、行為監(jiān)管、功能監(jiān)管、穿透式監(jiān)管、持續(xù)監(jiān)管，統(tǒng)籌負(fù)責(zé)金融消費(fèi)者權(quán)益保護(hù)，加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理和防范處置，依法查處違法違規(guī)行為，作為國(guó)務(wù)院直屬機(jī)構(gòu)。

　　Directly under the State Council, the proposed administration will be in charge of regulating the financial industry except the securities sector, according to the plan on reforming State Council institutions.
